TO CHARTER THE SUNDANCER:

Please call or e-mail us aany time to get the exact rate for the date and type of trip that you want to book. The costs to bareboat charter the boat, hire the captain, buy food, fuel, dockage and any other incidental expenses, start at* $350.00 per person plus tax. The actual cost will depend on the time of year that you go and the size of your group

*Jan 15 -Mar 1 & Sept 1 - Dec 20 (20 people) $7000.00 total

Mar 1 - Sept 1 (20 people) $10,000.00 Total

TO BOOK A TRIP: $1000.00 deposit is required to reserve the boat. $500.00 will apply to the cost of the charter. $500.00 is a damage deposit. Your damage deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days of the end of the trip. The charter party is responsible only for damages and losses caused directly by the charter party.

One half balance is due sixty days prior to departure, balance due thirty days prior to departure.

CANCELLATIONS: $1000.00 per week booking deposit is refundable six months prior to sailing, three months if the trip is rebooked by another group.

The trips leave from Miami Saturday morning returning by 8:00 am the following Friday morning. We encourage your group to board the boat the Friday before your trip to get settled on the boat and prepare for an early departure Saturday morning.
